Installed CPU's, Memory, and Smart SCSI2 cards and the SCSI drives to build an Array. These Servers were setup to be used as Lotus Notes 4.51 Domino Servers for a Project in Chicago. Assisting Lotus Notes Administrators in setting and restoring backup tapes from Chicago to mirror the Servers On-Site. Used Specifications from Chicago to build a duplicate set of Servers to be used in a Swing Operation until the actual Servers can be brought to Dallas. Will be working to ensure that the Servers are maintained to assure that the Lotus Notes Servers run without Error. Once the Servers are brought to Dallas, I will assist in restoring Data from the Swing Notes Servers to the Original Notes Servers from Chicago. The Servers will remain in Dallas and be maintained by myself as well as the Lotus Notes Team.

Email Support:
Setup and designed Mobil's E-Support system for internal Help-Desk. Development for increased productivity and efficiency. Used Lotus Notes 4.1 to develop these processes. I wrote and put into place pre-typed scripts, to import into Email messages that minimized response time. Converted Mobil's Knowledge Base into FPA's (Frequently Posted Answers). Worked continuously to improve and compose FPA's to ensure that the E-Support could increase their Ticket Closure. Dispatch various tickets to other organizations within Mobil to Tier II Personnel as well as System Administrators. Using MS Access with a VB front end as a Toolbar that contained pre-typed responses to diminish typing the same thing over and to have consistency. Answered phones for Mobil's internal Help-Desk when not working on the E-Support Project. Support Mobil employees to assist in using and troubleshooting SME (Standard Managed Environment) as well as legacy machines, adding-reinstalling software, changing passwords, dispatching to various System Administrators for Security ID's (LAN, Lotus Notes, Open Mail, CCMail, Mainframe, etc.). Dispatch to Tier II personnel to handle system moves, setups, and phone request, and other requests not handled by phone support.
